Term-X 7,891
Chelsea midfielder Frank Lampard admits he sees a future in management The 30-year-old said: "A few years ago I didn't really feel like getting into management, I felt I would want to get away from football after I've stopped playing. "But now I'm a bit older and I've worked with so many good managers and looked at younger players, it has given me a little taste to maybe get involved." Lampard added: "I will take my badges at some stage towards the end of my career, so I'm in a position where it is a big possibility for me. I would love to be able to work with players. "I've always had good relationships with my managers. Each one has helped take my game on to another level. Whether they have been successful or not, I have always taken a lot of plus points from all of them. Hopefully if I go into management one day I will take a little bit from everyone with me." 05.06.09 | tribalfootball.com Edited June 5, 2009 by Terminator X

warnie_666 1,081
I would like to see Lampard to start off as an assistant/coach under a big manager. And i would love to see JT to be the manager more than Lampard, cus he seems more cut out for it.
BlueLion. 21,491
Wet dream time I need new underwear But jokes aside, I think FL8 would be a brilliant manager; he's got the tactical nous it would appear, and he's a bright chap.
EskWeston 696
Frank is exactly the sort of player who could go on to be a very good manager. And Chelsea should do what they can to ensure that it is with us that he starts his coaching. Having Frank work his way through the coaching ranks here would be great for our young players and eventually possibly the first team. It would be great to see ex-players coaching the next Generation of Chelsea stars.
Shane 2,275
His is very intelligent, His GSCE's show that, He has a great tactical skills, Read his autobiography and you'll find that out. He also appears to work very well with young players and his uncle Harry could give him a few tips here and there. Yes please.
Wxgba 306
If he gets on well with the players and managers, then that's a massive bonus. Half the job's already done if you are able to get along with your players. I think he could have the potential to be a good manager.
