Blue Armour 4,497 Posted Sunday at 00:40 Share Posted Sunday at 00:40 Well done to Caicedo, and well done James too. Started at RB and done well at CB. The passing out from the back was fantastic. Wouldn't mind seeing him in CB position in more games. Stats, Fulham Broadway, Johnnyeye and 1 other 3
TheHulk 2,525 Posted Sunday at 06:42 Share Posted Sunday at 06:42 The break is so annoying I hate international football but I guess it's the best for us with all these injuries. bigbluewillie

Special Juan 28,234 Posted Sunday at 14:25 Share Posted Sunday at 14:25 Palmer is brilliant but energy and consistency wise Caicedo and Cucu are a step above

Special Juan 28,234 Posted Sunday at 17:23 Share Posted Sunday at 17:23 I'd like t think yesterday's result was a moving point but we have seen too often with this side that we chuck things too easy Maresca needs to start Estevao, he's a huge threat and we need to stop using his age as a safe zone, if your good enough your old enough, take the shackles off and let him play, the kid is smiling from ear to ear OneMoSalah

Meanwhile, all players have to earn their place in the squad, including Enzo. Whether we can afford, and can attract, an upgrade to our No. 8 are answers that we don't know but, if I was involved in the decision making, they are questions I'd definitely be asking. He did good but I thought he was a bit bad when coming to the press and help with defense. Some he help at other he was a bit of a worry for me. I don't think he is ready for the league yet and we should use him as a sub for now.
Bluepower777 37 Posted yesterday at 07:17 Share Posted yesterday at 07:17 What a buzz when and after we scored, lifts the gloom and certainly proves attack is the winning form of a game. Thankfully the international break as dull as it may he is very welcome cause of all the injuries and needed breaks.

The amount of times I see people called him 'Badiashite' and names like that was not nice, but he has been brilliant for the past 2 games. When he first joined, he was actually really solid but then got hampered with injuries, however I really like his composure on the ball and his ability to pass between the lines. Decent amount of pace too. Hopefully his injury was just a knock and he is back after the international break, as he deserves his spot on the team. Im afraid he needs more games before you can say his this or is that as a yardstick. Only one decent game out of so many is not no where near enough. On the night everyone played well for whatever reason. Why cant they do that more often.

Think he needs a run of games, seems he doesn’t have the managers trust as much as Colwill, Fofana and Tosin do but only one way to earn it: performances like that. In a good place going into the international break but can’t let this be a passing moment, need to kick on and win the next few games. And play more to the standard shown in this game. Next 4 games in October (PL, CL & cup) should all be very much winnable before what will be a tough match against Spurs in November. Then after that, 3 more games we should be winning before playing Barcelona & Arsenal at the end of November. Cant afford to not win these games outside of Spurs, Barca & Arsenal.
