SystemBlueBob 0
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/...d.html?ITO=1490 Chelsea's John Terry hailed Didier Drogba as the 'best striker in the world' after his late matchwinner earned the Blues a place in the FA Cup final with a 2-1 win over London rivals Arsenal. After Drogba smashed his eighth goal in nine games to set-up a final against Manchester United or Everton, Terry was full of admiration for the Ivorian. 'Didier has been in great form of late and long may that continue. Because when he plays like that even if you're the strongest defender in the Premiership or the world you are not going to get near him. He pins people back - he was chucking big defenders on the floor. Rich vein of form: Drogba puts Chelsea into the FA Cup final 'His link up play is good and we saw in the end he's got a great finish as well. Long may his goals continue. 'Early on in the season we had Nicolas Anelka's goals, Frank Lampard contributes an awful lot, Florent Malouda popped-up with one today and now at the back end of the season Didier is banging them in. 'On that form he's the best in the world for me. I've played against an awful lot of strikers and he's definitely up there with the best,' Terry said. Kez 2,727
On his day, but not when he's chucking himself on the floor if he took that out his game
EskWeston 696
There is no disputing that when Drogba is on form that he is the best in the world. The trick is keeping him in that form, which is no easy task. We have had i would say a full season and a half of Drogba in that form. If we can have him in that form next season then we will be all the stronger for that.
