Mikel: “I’ve talked about this goalkeeper so many times, he can’t win us a title, he’s not that guy, we need to go in the market and bring in a top goalkeeper” (DAZN)

Am I defending the manager? No I am not? But you telling me a professional player on 100k a week can’t achieve a 5 yard pass side ways because the manager has told him to do it? Regardless of the shit tactics I expect the basics to be done as a bare minimum

Football is a team game, the overall strategy is given by the manager. Blaming individuals only works when they do something that is clearly not apart of the strategy.

That aside, who actually beings on Jackson in a situation like he did? I mean do you need day to day with Jackson and still not know sending him on in a game where you're chasing - just after he has lost his starting position - in a game against a sh*thouse Brazilian team is a bad idea?

Honestly, people that don't see Diet Pep is 99.99% of the problem is deluded.

Maresca the bald cunt will still back the keeper, he's better off saying fuck all..

Withing ten minutes he had given the ball away and nearly cost us two goals, what the fuck man

I'm done with this shit can of a bald coach and a club that has given the fuck up

Keeper is a problem, however Diet Pep is a much larger one by 100x's.

What exactly was we trying new? Looked exactly the fucking same

Honestly, just look at how the club treats us fans with all the PR nonsense about going for big named players to only follow up with teenagers who have played a cup full of games and now the Manager is back at it, trying to convince us and himself that he isn’t at fault for the loss.

How pathetic is this club? Where does this stop?

What I don’t get is how we went from looking like a slick, cohesive unit the first half of the season under Maresca where Palmer looked like the best player in the league and our attacking football flowed nicely and ever since Christmas time we look like a complete mess so often. Like we haven’t worked on attacking patterns or passing at all.

He’s supposed to be from the school of Pep and yet we look more like a late stage Mourinho team. The difference in technical ability and comfort in possession between us and Flamengo was scary.

I tell you waht these fucking idiots have no idea about, is to how to take the sting from a game. We have no idea how to play simple controlling football, and that doesn't just mean side and back but play in a way you can go back to your keeper with confidence... oh wait did I mention keeper? You know the way the manager wants to play, to control things.....It's like saying you want to control the TV without a fucking remote control

Because Maresca was riding the wave of Potchs end of season form. He has slowly moved Palmer back into a CM position. He is soo deep? I don’t even understand how any manager on Planet Earth can’t see that he is too deep and needs to be in the final third. Its fucking criminal man.

Santos zero minutes in 2 matches, this dogshit manager and owners trying hard to shift him and paint it as if he doesn't fit into the team. Useless fuckers.

100% can see it unfolding in front of our eyes.

They fucking know the fans want to see Santos starting .. a proper warrior of a defensive midfielder who scores goals left and right… but they only have one agenda.. to sell him and make profit.

Now Essugo will get minutes to showcase his talent before being shipped out on loan in a veiw to later be sold.

Joke club thinks we can’t see it.

Definitely a case of they wanted it more. The subs, the lack of graft, shows Maresca or more likely the Club hierarchy have decided they're basically just pre season friendlies

I just can't believe that. Especially after PSG's loss improved our chances of a run to the semis. So much money available on the table club execs must have been desperate to collect a lump of it.
