esp considering the club may not sign a top goalie in this window

there are almsot no top keepers left who are even available in the summer

Citeh are going after Diogo Costa (who I am not even THAT sold on)

which leaves (actually available)

Gregor Kobel    (will be crazy expensive, Dortmund will demand 70 to 90m euros, and they have said over and over he is not for sale)
Mike Maignan   (same as Kobel, and will be 30yo, so not in the BlueCo range)
Lucas Chevalier
Unai Simón
Anatoliy Trubin (Benfica will demand crazy money)
Jan Oblak   (turns 33yo middle of next season)
Caoimhín Kelleher
Guillaume Restes   (teen though)
Julen Agirrezabala   (Kepa clone, eeek)
Mads Hermansen
Alexander Nübel
Dominik Livakovic
Noah Atubolu
Predrag Rajković
Bento

I am NOT sold yet on this keeper we supossedly are trying to buy:

our squad is only top eight in the premier league.

there are some good players, but the board thought this model would work, but they got it completely wrong.

the problem is the insistence on the same thing and you can already see that this isn't going to change. this insistence on buying players up to the age of 24 is sickening.

we just have to accept it and hope for better years to come, when this board stops running the club.

no CL

no shirt sponsor

no new stadium until probably 2032 or 2033 or so (and that is if we start in the next 1 or 2 years)

we cannot keep losing this level of revenue

the model will collapse

The shirt sponsor situation is even more laughable now.

I'm pretty sure they never went in for a sponsor this season because they were waiting to secure a higher league position and get a better long term deal from a top sponsor.

Now all of that planning looks to be going down the toilet.

i dont even want a new keeper. jsut give this six months to jorgensen, just to see what we have with him until the summer, and then buy a new one if needed.

I get you, but what if the goalkeeping coach thinks Jorgensen is not good? What if the consensus among the coaching staff is that Sanchez is a lot better than him?

Sometimes he players are so poor that they aren’t going to get minutes no matter what.

I wish filip would be at least better than Sanchez, but I suspect he isn’t.

Without playing him for 2-3 games, there's no way of knowing that.

It seems like Sanchez is undroppable because he has his old mates from Brighton making the calls behind the scenes.   It doesn't help when the club's head of goalkeeping is a Brighton import as well, guessing he came over during the Potter reign.

Our goalkeeper on loan (Kepa) is helping Bournemouth fight for a spot in the top 6 and Sanchez is costing us points every other game.

Feel a lot of this is on Enzo. Every 'big name' club he has us playing pathetically passively. Even against Utd he set us up for a draw and bar a great strike would've had us losing there.

Too many games this season we take the lead and then step off and try to 'manage the game'. On top of that his ability to see a shift in a balance of the game only happens after 1 or 2 goals have been conceded.

Can the board PLEASE buy a new keeper this summer and not a stop gap, not a future prospect, a keeper that is ready to go! I cannot handle seeing the fraud Sanchez in goal.

We've already missed him, we fucked up and let him go to Liverscum.

Mamardashvili……...

Absolute shit can of a performance, even the early goal you just knew we would sit back and we did, despite should of being 2-0 up, we were gutless and got what we deserved

And I keep saying about Sanchez but keep being told he is not the issue, he is a huge issue and once again last night proved it

All in all we are weak, one dimensional and shite

Palmer joking and smiling with Guardiola at FT. Fuck that. He got rid of you. Palmer was AWOL 2nd half. Insult to the 4000 travelling fans

Reminded me of Sarri smiling with Pep right after the 6-0 debacle. Unacceptable.

During the live coverage after the Haaland goal, you could see Enzo F. doing a facepalm in reaction to Sanchez. Other angles now showing Enzo being absolutely baffled by Sanchez and asking him what the fuck he is doing.

Even the players have had enough of this goalie!! A fucking snake ruining the results and destroying the changing room. And the coach keeps fucking defending him. Piss off

Pretty sure there was a photo of Chalobah looking back at Sanchez in the previous game and someone decided to add the caption " looks like not much has changed since I left".
