- Manchester United, Liverpool and Arsenal at home and away will be sold on loyalty points. This followed feedback from the Fans Forum and will be based on loyalty points. In the event that any of these games take place in the first month of the season, the previous season's loyalty points will be taken into account.- Tickets will now be split 60%-40% in favour of season ticket holders for all away matches.

- The Middlesbrough, Wigan and Blackburn away matches will go on general sale as a trial.

- Supporters on the UEFA away scheme can now have their tickets sent out by special delivery, at their own risk and cost, instead of collecting them from the box office.

- The UEFA away scheme now carries a joining fee of £50 which will be reimbursed to supporters who purchase AND collect tickets for ALL games. This is because some fans entered the scheme in order to guarantee tickets for more prestigious games in later rounds and did not collect tickets for earlier games. However fans WILL NOT be kicked off the scheme if they do not apply for a game.

- There will now be 800 season ticket holders and 200 members on the UEFA away scheme. This is a reduction of 200 season ticket holders and is based on demand. This will not effect any season ticket holders on the current scheme who renew.

- There will now be 800 season ticket holders and 200 members on the UK away scheme. This is a reduction of 200 season ticket holders. Again this is based on demand and will not effect any season ticket holders on the current scheme who renew.
