ZAPHOD2319 4,819
I am pretty excited about this game. Our starting XI that is playing PL seems to be gelling a little more every game. I hope we continue to see progression. bigbluewillie
Thor 2,712
Agreed. Keen to see how they back it up after the Wolves game. Lavia and James are both out for this one?

Neto Jackson I'd swap Noni for Felix - but aside from that I agree. Think Noni deserves a chance to keep building on that momentum.

Noni for me is a fantastic talent, but watching him he doesn’t play how I think enzo wants, don’t see him being here next year, that’s only my opinion before the knives come out 😂 mkh

Pizy 18,918
Palace have a few really dangerous players but I hope we start on the front foot straight from kickoff and take the game to them. To go into the international break with a confidence building win would be great.

I think even if he doesn't fit Maresca's main tactic, he can be kept around simply because he's good in 1 v 1s and that is a trait that can be useful as a sub. That Brazilian wonderkid we bought may change things if he keeps developing... Neto and Sancho are more LW, Felix prefers to play through the middle. Kendry Paez too who seems to be better than the Brazilian in the same part of the pitch

I tend to agree with you, noni is a selfish players fair play to him, but I get the feeling that isn’t what enzo is after, time will tell. mkh
Mhsc 1,097
Interesting how when you see our line up you can't really tell what the strategy is gonna be until we hit the field. I assume it will maybe be Cucu inverting next to Caicedo, Enzo left 8, Palmer right 8. But lets see, who knows... Might be any number of things. Crazy how much more tactically flexible we are under Maresca.
