Chelsea 2-4 Man City

City lost every pre-season game. Wait and see now they’ll end up smoking us 5-0 or something 😂

This will be a true barometer of where we are at. And how we will look against top level PL opposition.

No more childish crap from Noni or sit him.

The audacity Noni has to think he can just demand to take penalties is absurd, particularly after him and Jackons incident last season. Not sure if thats his ego or immaturity but whatever it is, has to stop.

Harsh reality is he is an average player who needs to concentrate on kicking on as an all round footballer as opposed to demanding to be taking penalties. Given his decision making in the final third is very erratic, its not as if he has earned the right to be demanding anything.

In fact none of the attackers have really bar Cole, who EM said is first choice when hes there and rightfully so.

Hopefully. Usually they do start slow as you’ve said.

Be a real test for the likes of Sanchez, Tosin, Badiashille and James in particular in this set up playing out/Reece inverting, considering the pressure City will put us under without the ball.

Also interesting to see how Nkunku does as he has been prolific and very sharp so far. May be a lot riding on his shoulders this season alongside Palmer.

It's true. Also Pep confirmed return date for Walker, Stones, Foden, Rodri around Community Shield which means they will face us without any pre season games so start from the bench at best. Alvarez also still in Paris.

We should use absences of these 5 crucial players.

Plus Ederson situation not resolved yet. Especially without Rodri they are different team.

Enzo is back, Gallagher leaving and Cucurella already back in Cobham. So we may have same problem only with Palmer. But I expect him to be back next week and play against Inter. Pep gave them extra time off.

They don't. Last season they won their first 6 league games and their first dropped points was at the end of September. Even the season before, don't think they lost their first game until like 2 months in and Haaland seemed to be scoring virtually at least a goal a game. Their first loss then was against Liverpool in the middle of October. Usually they start strong and look the part.

There was the season after the Euros in 2021 where they lost to their bogey team Spurs first game of the season, which is the rare 'slow start', which yeah I guess Spurs were helped because City were not at full strength that game due to players being given time off because of Euros, which hopefully helps us and yeah gives some validity to your points, but generally speaking past 2-3 seasons they have looked the part when they have started the season.. Even when they lost to Spurs, the opening game of the Euro 2020 finishing, they had like two back to back 5-0/6-0 wins. But yes, like mentioned some players will be returning late which hopefully helps, however they still will have Haaland and KDB playing. Eek.

Man City - Chelsea friendly the bookie prices are 2.05 - 3.60 - 3.10.
For Chelsea - Man City EPL two weeks from now they say Chels 1.85, draw 3.60, City 1.85.
Why is that ?

Because your bookie made a mistake. Probably didn't updated prices for PL game.

No.
For today City - CFC: 2-25 - 3.60 - 2.75
For the league CFC - City: 4.10 - 3.60 - 1,85

We have absentees  - they have absentees.
We 're not motivated as in the league - they 're not motivated as in the league.

winning the Euros and being the player of the tournament make the Ballon d'Or race a LOT closer between him and Vini Jr, who did fuckall with a poor (worst in ages) Brasil side

I would give it to Rodri atm, he is an otherworldly DMF

You first said 1.85 for both teams in the league to win so you made mistake because that looked weird. This new you posted look normal.

I did not make mistake and why does it look normal ?
The 4.10 looks winnable.
