riks12 3
My heart almost stopped as I though Nedved shot went in. Not the best 2nd half, but 2 solid 1-0 wins under Hiddink, not bad. And lol at Bayern away.

Laylabelle 9,535
Jesus bloody christ the ref and that sodding whistle!!!And usually they came out better!!Drogba got pulled down so they got a free kick madness!!! Still good performance and good to see Drogba score.Shame we couldnt get another 2 weeks time could be scary but if we score first and good to see both posts marked!!Wooooo OMG though the end was scary and when Cech dropped the ball about twice!! Hehehe the two Italians sitting behind me bless em.When Juve missed/Chels almost score 'oh nooooooooooooooooooo'
Elliott 7
Good result, but in the context of two legs its not that significant. We have so much to do in Turin yet. But its promising, we played well, especially in the first half.
Steve 10,227
If we had of scored a 1 or 2 more goals i would of been alot more confident going into the second leg but as it stands im very nervous. We still have alot to do but if we can manage to keep a cleans sheet than we go through, things are looking good but still juve are going to have a full stadium waiting for us when we go there. Alee. 182
My Match ReviewChelsea 1 - 0 Juventus Chelsea slid past Juventus after a good first half performance. Didier Drogba put the ball in the back of the net in the thirteenth minute after a good pass from Solomon Kalou, Chelsea prevented Juventus to take the ball forward till a long time, but were only able to get one goal. Juventus did push forward in the closing minute of the first half but there chances went begging. Edited February 26, 2009 by ChelseaBoi
Laylabelle 9,535
Like Jose used to say...its only half time still a longggg way to go.We get an away goal then be less ahhh
BlueLion. 21,491
If we get an away goal then the pressure is certainly on them. If we go there with the mentality not to win the game then we will certainly lose the tie - we have to put them under sustained periods of pressure like we did in the first half, or they will dominate us once again. .Cee 50
Hes good at what he does -create Brand Chelsea, but I dont like the McDonaldization of Football, or my club in particular. He can fuck off and work for Coca Cola or the arms industry. Oh, well, tough. Part and package of being a big club. All the other big clubs do it.
