He becomes the fourth consecutive Chelsea player to win this prestigious award following in the footsteps of Frank Lampard, John Terry and Joe Cole.Pete Stevens, Sports Editor and Chairman of the selection panel, said: 'Didier was the unanimous choice of the panel.
