BlueLion. 21,491
BBC 5 Live reporter Alistair Bruce-Ball has spoken to Chelsea skipper John Terry, who suffered a back spasm in the warm-up to the game against Stoke. He doesn't know how long he'll be out for - but didn't seem too worried. Typically takes 3 or 4 days to fully recover. I would rest him against Ipswich and bring him back for the Boro game, personally.

misschief 24
His back's well dodgy, spends an increased amount of games out with it each season now.
BlueLion. 21,491
He does indeed. Hopefully the club won't rush him back, might be worth him sitting out training for a few days and going in the hydro-pools.
Aesthetic Relic 301
I thought he'd got that problem sorted out.
