if that would have happend any other time, i would have written something like "lads, that was a wake-up-call, an alarm, an exploding bomb, something like that.

tbh i saw the trophy gone in that liverpool-game...

we went down before, at mancity, and won 3:1 in that game.

against Liverpool we went down again but didn´t bite back

yes, i wrote up-cheering things in the forums, just because it was to frustrating to see things go, and i didn´t believed in what i saw, but i believed in Chelsea, like a always did an still do !

after Mourinho left, the spirit of most of the players left with him...

I never wanted him to leave...

It's true but we have to deal with what we have. Unfortunately their appears , as under Grant little in the way of a motivator. At least Grant could take credit for what Clarke was acheiving...now we dont even have Clarke.

On a separate issue , and it's not just sour grapes, how the fuck does Rooney get away with his antics. Refs seem scared of him, and Benitez was quite right , for once , about how Ferguson influences refs.

Edit; Rafas gone off on one today about Man Utd s David Gill and his influence at the FA. Fair play to him.

Lol, Rafa has lost the plot. It is so bloody cringeworthy hearing him rant on, he doesn't do it too well.

Couldn't believe what Rooney got away with, but it happens all of the time with him.

Reckon refs are scared of him and Ferguson. And fair play to Rafa, he'll get fined doubtless, but he's only saying what half the people in football think.....

Yeah fergie does like to have a nibble at the refs for sure. But the bloody Scousers get plenty of preferential treatment from the refs as well.

Refs at Anfield are generally intimidated, but none of the redshite have got away with stuff the way Ferguson and Gill have. All through the 90s and this century, there would always be a minmum of 5 extra minutes at Old Trafford were they losing or drawing.

You can count on one hand the number of penalties given to the opposition at Old Trafford, and there would be the same number of referees that Ferguson hadnt bum bothered down the tunnel at half time. Not to mention disciplinary hearings that were either thrown out, or found in favour of United.

He still doesnt think we need any more new players, what an idiot, im starting to think the only reason he won the world cup is cos his players were so fucking good....doesnt know shit about the English game, how the fuck we play Ballack, Lampard and Deco, who are all essentially the same player in one midfield is beyond me?

Will people stop kissing Jose's arse here? This is Chelsea under Scolari, not Jose ffs. And I doubt that Jose will come to Chelsea as long as Roman is here. Jesus, he was a great manager and all, but he's no longer our manager and you have to live with that.

I agree with that, it was stupid to lose Jose. But he has gone. And Jose isn't the only person who can win trophys with Chelsea! The only question we should be asking is "Is Scolari the man who can win things for us?" I would give him till the end of the season as a minimum. It would also be good to - as fans - have a clear understanding of the direction the club is going in!

Scolari has said that if the players are not up to the fight, then he will try new players. Lets see if he is true to his word, because we have players who would fight for a place in the team who are not getting a look in.

This game against United brought to a head everything that has happend over the last dozen or so games. We are slipping big time, and we need to turn it around. Considering the goals we have conceeded step 1 would be men on the posts, it is so obvious it isn't funny. The ammount of clearances off the line Ash has done over the seasons just highlights the point.

Its not kissing Joses arse, its just basic fact that this shit would never of happened under him. When this happens to our team, ppl are gonna look back to Jose because Joses tactics 90% of the time were absolutely brilliant and the game changed. The man knew what he was doing except at St James' in the FA Cup and Fulham Away in the League but at least he didnt shy away from making decisions.

2004-2005, 95 points, 1 defeat. Record vs The big 3.

Arsenal Home 0-0, Away 2-2 = 2 Points

Man Utd Home 1-0, Away 3-1 = 6 Points

Liverpool Home 1-0, Away 1-0 = 6 points

14 Points (0 Defeats)

2005-2006, 91 points (i think) and again unbelievably good vs the big 3

Arsenal Home 1-0, Away 2-0 = 6 Points

Man Utd Home 3-0, Away 0-1 = 3 Points

Liverpool home 2-0, Away 4-1 = 6 Points

15 Points (1 Defeat)

2006-2007

Arsenal Home 1-1, Away 1-1 = 2 Points

Man Utd Home 0-0, Away 1-1 = 2 Points

Liverpool home 1-0, Away 0-2 = 3 Points

7 Points (1 Defeat)

2007-2008

Arsenal Home 2-1, Away 0-1 = 3 Points

Man Utd Home 2-1, Away 0-2 = 3 Points

Liverpool home 0-0, Away 1-1 = 2 Points

8 Points (2 Defeat)

We always Competed. Ok so the last 2 years werent so special but it was all even, everyone took points against each other and we fought in every game. We only lost 4 games in 4 seasons against those teams. Most of last season was with Avram ok but he was using Joses team and staf pretty much.

2008-2009

Arsenal Home 1-2

Man Utd Home 1-1, Away 0-3 = 2 Points

Liverpool home 0-1

1 Point, 3 defeats out of 4....unthinkable 2-3 years back.

Anyway about the game on Sunday...

If you look at it closely, it was a bit like last year. The last minute injury time first half opener changed the game. Ok Mikel was sent off last year but theres a lot of diffeence between being 0-0 and being 1-0 down at half time. We had chances in the 2nd half that just didnt go our way. Drogba's first touch let him down and that wouldve been a great chance. He then miskicked another chance, you never know what wouldve happened if he had caught it and lampard so nearly got on the end of a ball on the edge of the box. Fine lines. 0 shots on target is bad yeah but we really almost created openings. After the 2nd goal tho we were absolutely awful tho and it was game over after that. We're not too far away perhaps. 3 Crosses and 3 Goals. It was all defensive mistakes, we werent cut open as such, just a bad day for us.
