He has some pretty sure hands and he’s growing into the starting roll for us. That low one handed save on Jimenez was top quality. Surely he cannot do that. If he does that he is literally asking for a sacking once Sanchez makes a few more mistakes. His only out at that point would be if he is being told from above to pick him. Magic Lamps 11,692 Posted January 18, 2024 Share Posted January 18, 2024 Statistically passing for a goalie does not matter if inaccurate passes are leading straight to goals as has been the case with Sanchez but not Petrovic. both seem to be good reflex shot stoppers, have good reach and decent record on pens but Petrovic just makes fewer errors . He is not perfect but solid enough for me.
