BlueLion. 21,491
Ricardo Carvalho aims to banish his disappointment at missing out on Chelsea's FA Cup win two years ago by winning the trophy this time around. The Portuguese defender was ruled out of the Wembley clash against Manchester United with injury but is determined to play his part in Chelsea's FA Cup campaign this season, which starts at the weekend against Southend. Carvalho has also endured ill-luck this term as knee and hamstring problems have frequently prohibited his involvement at first team level. In his absence Chelsea have looked uncharacteristically shaky at the back but having made a return against Fulham last Sunday, Carvalho is looking forward to making his mark in pursuit of cup glory. BlueLion. 21,491
A good cup run is exactly what we need after the pathetic way we whimpered out of the CC.
Para6iT 2
Yes that's what we need from our player. That's a true blue.

Laylabelle 9,539
A good cup run is exactly what we need after the pathetic way we whimpered out of the CC. Lol maybe not this season if we play like we did today in the replay
BlueLion. 21,491
The thing that annoys me, is that we will probably go to Roots Hall and beat them convincingly. Anyways, the Fourth Round draw is to be made today - all banter in here please

BlueLion. 21,491
Shit, another home game, providing we get through of course. I'm expecting a very tough game at Roots Hall.
Elliott 7
Another easy draw, except apparently it isn't.
Laylabelle 9,539
No such thing as an easy draw..magicc of the cup and blah.Still could've been worse for us/Southend.Could've got either of the 3 scums so Hehehe Ipswich that time against Watford the year we won it when they thought they'd scored and danced around only to find they hadnt and the ball was up the other end.Hehehe
BlueLion. 21,491
Well Liverpool are playing Everton, United will be playing Tottenham, Sunderland face Blackburn... that means potentially three very good, Premier League sides will be heading out in the next round. What more incentive could you want to face Southend?
