Loosing Joe was crap but had we lost or won we'd lost him so better to lose him and go through rather then loose him having lost where him playing been a complete waste anyway.

And had we lost confidence no doubt been knocked furthur back as we now sit third with Villa one behind ant afford for that to happen

A wins a win,and at the end its a trophy so.And can increase confidence etc ready for Sat and really after our shit results we needed a good performance and win

Funny how the majority of the away teams won their replays.

Brilliant! It may only be Southend but a performance like that can only do us good. Confidence building & getting the team back together.

Joe Cole's ball for Kalou's goal was absolutely amazing couldn't get over how good it was.

We deserved to win tonight the players looked like they wanted it.

The only down side is Joe Cole's injury which could of been avoided if we hadn't played a reply.

As for the goals... 4 different players on the score sheet can only be good news

Makes me feel alot better going into the Stoke game
