This was always going to be a slow transformation. Owners have made it worse by signing 15-20 year olds and letting go of all the senior boys. Need to be patient and give Poch till the end of 24 at least.

Sacking Pochettino will not solve the problem, Pochettino is not the core, the problem is not tactical on the pitch, it is at a structural level and comes from the owner  it was the same chaos with Potter  . Whinstentley and Stewart should to be sack they are incopetent they have never been to a top club before. Hire elite directors like United do direct from citeh showing what level they want to be take top manager and then we can speak . Sacking Poch just to get another mid coach like De Zerbi , Tomas Frank it won't change anything with that sctructure in the club .
