Im just assuming from what I seen. Players could decide to fight for club under Mou but they didnt. If it didnt work out with Mourinho, how will it work out with Conte who is same bracket of coach? Good motivator, difficult training and teams based on strong defence. Obviosuly Conte and Mou are different, but they have many same points and mistakes, both are stubborn as fuck.

Im just assuming from what I seen. Players could decide to fight for club under Mou but they didnt. If it didnt work out with Mourinho, how will it work out with Conte who is same bracket of coach? Good motivator, difficult training and teams based on strong defence. Obviosuly Conte and Mou are different, but they have many same points and mistakes, both are stubborn as fuck.

I put alot of our problems at the feet of the players too. I understand its the managers job to motivate them but we are not talking about a bunch of schoolkids we are talking top of their profession millionairs! They know their jobs. They shouldnt need any other motivation than to do their soddin job for the company they work for.

Mos job was to train them and select the best team he could. They were normally the same bloomin ones that won the premiership a couple of months earlier. I expected more from them and it dissapointed me (well it pissed me off) that Mou was made the scapegoat.

And who do you think would suit us? Conte has rebuild Juventus and has won 3 concesutive Seri A titles,won the SuperCoppa.Conte is tactically great and a great motivator. Conte would be great.
