Fuck me, Brightion "football machine" and being 16 and 9 is now a SUCCESS by Chelsea's fans standards, what happened here lately is beyond me 😂

And anyone raising the "he needs time" argument in FREAKING FEBRUARY must be genuinely taking a piss now. He had plenty and way more then anyone could beg for in his position. This is world's top football league, if you are given a month, it is turbo luxury. Unless, of course, you don't belong to the top, so there is that…

For Brighton definitely a success seeing as a lot of promoted teams bounce around then go down..he got then to a place unexpected. Which is nice. However we are definitely not where anyone expected us. A lot of people predicted us to finish 5th/6th even before this appointment...and proving them all wrong with 9/10th....

Need to get rid ASAP before he can do any more damage. Can't believe he was appointed in the first place, I was screaming NOT to do it, but once it was done I feared the worst. Chelsea is an unrelenting beast that has broken big personality monsters like Mourinho, Conte, Tuchel with no remorse. Difference being they managed to bring success to the club before being broken, that's what elite winners do... Potter never showed this type of personality to succeed at Chelsea, he's too soft, too timid. Many of the new signings probably had no idea who Potter was before his surprise move to Chelsea, so unless he's bringing the results (which he's not), he's not gonna get any respect from them and it's gonna get worse with every bad result.

In addition to being a good coach and tactician, you also need to command respect and a bit of fear from the players. We need to appoint someone who can do that, trophyless mid-table managers are not the answer. Boehly and co fucked us real hard last summer, I hope they learn from it.

Potter was very lucky to be given a chance at a club that should be pushing for a Champions League place every season.  The way he's heading, looks like he'll be told to go as the results have been shockingly bad. 

maybe you miss the fact that they sell the best players every year, but they are able to replace them, in that sense I talk of football machine

Do you watch American sport? If coach raise voice on a player (never happens) it would be a big thing. I watch NBA regularly and it's different thing there in terms of behaviour of coaches. Boehly is heavily involved there with Dodgers and Lakers and is probably trying to impose same thing here culture wise. Potter is fitting perfectly in this for them.

Todd shat the bed sticking him with us. The problem is I'm afraid Potter will slightly achieve better every season from a data stand point as he did in Brighton I.e. 16th, 15th, 9th replicates as avoiding relegation this year, competing for Europa spots the year after and UCL spots the year after. I don't think he gets that far. I think as soon as there is an obvious world class manager (like guardiola) he will snap him up like enzo.
