Vesper 30,169
If we spend £80m on Zaha, he will be the 2nd most expensive EPL transfer ever (after Pogba) Arse dropped £72m on Pepe and goona's are like OMG! He is shit! He is horrible! We got raped! well Pepe Zaha and Palace has been above Arse in the table for a long time, they were as high as 5th or 6th a month or so ago, so you cannot say that at least results-wise so far Arse is this wonder team and Palace is pure shit DDA
LAM09 7,051
Gabriel is way more cheaper than Alonso [emoji4]In Marina's world? There's no way on earth we're getting £40m~ for him.

Pizy 18,903
I wasn't overly keen on Dembele but I'd rather him than Gabigol who is a total gamble. We don't need another "project" player. We need a player who can hit the ground running.

There's no way on earth we're getting £40m~ for him. do not need to get 40m quid for Alonso in order for Gabigol to be cheaper Flamengo had a deal with Inter where they would have paid 16m euros (£13.6m) for 80% of his rights (works out to £17m for 100% rights) https://www.tuttomercatoweb.com/serie-a/inter-coperta-corta-in-attacco-la-cessione-di-gabigol-per-un-rinforzo-1300940 but he wants to leave Brasil Inter now says he is worth around 25.5m quid for Euro clubs, for 100% rights https://www.calciomercato.com/news/quanti-milioni-chiede-l-inter-per-gabigol-57705 I would accept 30m quid for Alonso, but Marina keeps driving up the price (as Roman and her want to fuck over Conte) Hell, if it takes 30m euros to get it done, do it, not going to be arsed over 4.5m quid. Marina fucked around with Real Madrid and demanded £54-55m when they offered £45m in summer 2018, so the loss is on her, and we only paid £23m for him from Fiorentina (Transfermarkt says as they update based off financial filings at fiscal year ends) Just swap Alonso for Gabigol and make Inter toss in a few million euro so Marina gets her butthurt lotioned up their salaries are very close, Alonso makes around £1m more a year (based off that fucking new contract we gave him) Muzchap

On the contrary I would say Tammy's emergence gives us more scope for a left field gamble, thanks to him we ain't in the 2014 boat of absolutely having to get the next striker signing right. If we're getting a new improved Gabigol like the stats suggest then it could be a masterstroke and furthermore, at £20m he will only have to be competent to be attract a profitable resale price. ulsterchelsea, Fernando, SinineUltra and 3 others

I've watched his highlights just now and I just don't know. It's hard to really judge him. The defending in all of his goals looks like he's playing against amateurs. Just laughably terrible. I suppose it can't get much worse than Michy has been. Muzchap
Superblue 6,372
I've read a few reports, etc that suggest Gabigol can also play wide right as an inside forward. If that's the case it would add more flexibility at times when chasing a goal. He seems a different profile of player to Tammy which would be good. Buying from Brazil is just such a lottery which I think is why most are left to move to Europe first. Surely anything must be better than Batsman at the moment though?! Pizy 18,903
Sorry, but the more I watch of Gabigol in these vids the less I like him. Looks like a West Ham level signing which is why it makes sense they're after him.

Even if he fails it's likely we can recoup most of the money for him, if Dembele fails we will 100% lose money on him since he ain't going for anything less than 50.
