I don't see any reason why he'd want to leave Madrid when he's so important to them, and similarly why they would be willing to sell him but if there was a shred of him being available and willing to move, he'd be right up at the top of the list of midfield targets.

£55m is way too low.

Brentford want £40m for Raya in the last year of his contract.

Pushing our luck with £85m but I wouldn't be surprised if we could get someone to pay somewhere around the £65-75m mark, especially if some realistic add ons help make the fee up.

Manure says £55m

we say £85m

split the difference and make it £70m

I mean, with Madrid signing Bellingham and extending Kroos & Modrić for 1 final year they are totally overloaded in midfield.

But the idea they’d sell 1 of the best young talents in the world is crazy. Even crazier that he’d leave them for us at the moment.

very impressed with Cesare Casadei

He does look very good, although in set age competitions you do sometimes have to be careful in assessing the standard.

I do think he should be primed for a loan move to a Premier League side next season.

I don't know what to think. Gallagher had most successful loan. POTY in mid table team, almost voted for team of the season in PL, beat away best team in the country by himself with 2 goals, went to World Cup and is still not good enough for Chelsea.

He will be a great addition to their squad.

Watch him become magically fit and ready for most of their games.

Always had a feeling he would jump ship from our club. He was good friends with Rudiger, Jorginho and Morata.

Once all these players started to leave., he became less inclined to remain here.

To top it off., we won't even have CL to offer.

Just hope we don't replace him with a Cucurella or Sterling level signing.

Poch has his work cut out for him.

kova is great but a bit overrated

not good enough to won epl titles with him

even in our ucl campaign he didn't play against real and play only 20 minutes against city

we need better players

That's fair - I'm just hoping we get better signings.

Enzo is the one true signing that has hit all the top marks.,  only because of his sheer quality

we need two midfielders (at least) one goalkeeper, one center forward and maybe a winger

we will sell a lot

Seeing lots of pundits and talking heads slaughtering us for letting Mount go. Idiots that clearly haven’t watched Chelsea closely over the last 18 months in which Mount has been utterly woeful. For both club and country.

All of these guys seem to think we’re selling the Mason Mount from the CL winning campaign or the Lampard season where he was arguably our most important player. He hasn’t got near that level in ages.

Shitting on the club for refusing to hand a squad player (which is what Mase would be if he stayed) a mega-wage when all the media have been doing since Boehly arrived is criticize us for handing out silly money is so hypocritical.

English pundits are brain dead retards. Average forum goer here has more insight than Paul Merson , Jamie redknapp etc. One of them was saying recently how poch needs to focus on centre backs and buy 2 cbs this summer
