BREAKING: Paul Winstanley and Laurence Stewart + recruitment chiefs Joe Shields and Sam Jewell have signed contract extensions that commit them to the club for the next SIX years.

Time to go and check Brighton's squad for the next 6 years, do they have any good young CB's  😆

FR repeat all the same stuff over and over again

The perils of a monetised social media. They have no new news, but they still need clicks/views, so they have no alternative than to repeat the same thing over and over again.

Think it's time to pull the trigger on Simons.might force our hand abit with accepting lower fees than we'd like for outgoings  after we've signed him,but for many of those it's clear we not getting those desired fees.we save money on some signings we lose some on sold players.we still should be able to comply with Uefa whilst improving.just by selling those that have already probably played their last game for us already. For some we'd only have to drop the asking price a little.

Get Simons and it doesn't really matter if we get Garnacho or not.

💥✍️Telegraph Sport can reveal that the contracts for Winstanley, Stewart, Shields, and Jewell—as with Chelsea's players and coaches—are heavily focused on success and achieving targets, in line with the owners' philosophy of rewarding performance.

How about they get busy ASAP and push these deals through with their fresh new contracts. Did extremely well in moving out some but shit has hit stalled completely for weeks now.

I would’ve thought the like of Nkunku and Jackson would be much easier to sell than KDH, Madueke, etc. and yet they’re proving the trickiest.

It's all about the wages. Higher wages = harder to sell.

I don't have much insight but I believe it's hard to "get busy" selling..

I'm sure Jackson would be easy to sell, question is the amount of money. Newcastle was rumoured to be interested, but Isak situation is still hanging in the air.. Wheter Castle recieve 120M for him or not is very important factor.

Perhaps that's why the likes of Sterling or Disasi are still unsorted too.. Clubs are waiting to pressure us, they expect we'd lower the price as deadline day coming, and they have all right to believe so.

There is an ongoing competitive process for the front-of-shirt sponsor with Chelsea believed to have had offers, but focused on aligning with the right long-term partner.

The club is aiming to strike a deal worth £60m-£65m per season.

New Saudi Arabia airline Riyadh Air have been strongly linked to a potential sponsorship.

Nkunku is probably on big wages but I don’t think Nico is, right? He’s surely on 100k or less.

Yeah about 100k, but thats still double of what Madueke earned.

The problem with Jackson is: all the clubs are looking for better options first, he isnt a first option anywhere. So a sale will likely happen torwards the end of the window, when clubs are more desperate.

Good job from these experts giving him a wage bump on his already 7 years last September.
