That's other Fofana. Or you think about our other striker Broja 🤪

Nope, I'm deffo talking about David Fofana. He was stretchered off before Christmas with an injury that required surgery, I think it's his hamstring. He's meant to be out for a further 4 months, and it was thought it was better if he had his rehab back at Chelsea.

Chelsea dropped interest in Duran after carrying out checks on his temperament and character. (@JPercyTelegraph)

Should of dropped interest as soon as Villa quoted anything over £50m. Absolutely mind boggling. Good player and prospect but this apparent £70-80m valuation they have on him is insane. Not even their main striker…

Imagine if they went after an elite player at the top of their game whose in contract (Vini has been mentioned). The fee would easily be a new record fee.

He ended getting that meaningless goal.

Apparently they will spend crazy money till World Cup there in 2034 as part of promotion of football so this won't stop anytime soon.

They have it to burn. I'm sure some teams will become part of a Champions League format competition within the next few years. It's just a shame that players that should have no business going over there are.

I wonder why they have not come for any of ours deadwood?

I would have thought Sterling would have fit like a glove over there.

I’m actually surprised the Saudi’s have never come after Felix. Big name, talented enough to go to that pathetic league and probably score a bunch. He very marketable. And I suspect that having bounced around nonstop he himself would probably take the chance to essentially retire and earn 600k per week or something.

they came for Sterling, he refused

They should've pulled Danny Drinkwater out of retirement... Danny would've been a challenge alright. The dry air might have helped his career too.

Funny note our own T. Bakayoko is talking with 2nd (3rd?) tier Brazilian side (Sport Recife). have to say he's still the worse mid I've seen play at a top club (yes much worse than the fella above 👆).

They probably discuss with the agents of many players but not many want to move so they don't advance. As for Felix he took a big paycut to come here at Chelsea, it's pretty clear money isn't his motivation right now.

Felix took a massive pay cut to come here and Barca. He wants to play at a good to top level in Europe. If he wanted easy money he would've gone after his first loan here or the end of his Barca one.

Chelsea join the race for Evan Ferguson. Brighton are willing to sell or loan the forward.

💶💶💶💰

Understand Brighton are pushing ahead for a move for Nürnberg striker Stefanos Tzimas in a £20m deal. The Greek striker has attracted interest of a host of clubs this month, but Brighton are in talks to win the race for his signature.
