If the starters are doing nothing and getting to stay on the pitch till the 75th minute, would you be motivated to come on for a cameo and make a difference? This isn't like Conte's time when he would sub players off and make an example out of them. I remember a few times where he subbed players on, saw how poor they were and subbed them off again. Petrovic has excelled for Strasbourg since joining Chelsea's sister club on loan on just before the close of the summer transfer deadline. The Serbia international has been instrumental in helping Strasbourg go unbeaten in Ligue 1 since November with a string of impressive displays.
