Personally, would love to see Gyokeres come in. That’s the striker I would go all out for.

I'm still very cautious about the idea of spending big on an attacker from Portugal. All you need to do is look at Nunez to rethink the prospect. If we are going to go big for someone over 23, we have to give Isak some real consideration.

Offloading Nkunku at what cost? I'd rather keep Nkunku than get another 19 year old

At a reasonable price. The idea this club thing they can get €80m~ is a joke. If we get Tel and sell him for €50m, we should be pleased.

I think we'll see more loan deals like this in the next few.

The clubs have to take over the salary and pay a loan fee for it no purchase options or obligations possibly still a few game guarantees otherwise they have to pay more like back then with Broja to Fulham!!!

-Chilwell PL Loan
-Carney PL Loan
-Disasi PL Loan
-Veiga Juventus Loan €5M
-KDH PL Loan
-Casadei Permanently €13M - €15M
-Felix AC Milan, M.United Garnacho
-Nkunku Bayern, M.United Tel, Garnacho

Crystal Palace could face competition from the likes of Chelsea, Liverpool and Brighton for left wing back El Hadji Malick Diouf.

Slavia Prague president on the weekend said : “If Liverpool and Chelsea, who were also interested in him, had come with an offer of around €17m-18m, I would have hesitated to approach it differently from the perspective of promoting the club or the player’s interest”

What an unmitigated disaster this last transfer window (and this one as a result) was.

And as for Duran who people keep bringing up, I know he was scoring some bangers to start the season but hasn’t he been super quiet in recent times? Is he actually what we need at all? A young, still very raw striker when that’s what we already have in Jackson? I’m not sure he’d be a smart signing at all.

Wonder if these Loans with no obligation are because we may sack Maresca until the summer. Getting rid of Nkunku and Felix and adding a clown like Garnacho or Tel, yeah were fucked.

We've already discussed Felix, so that's that.

Nkunku is a different issue though: it's really hard to get a player motivated again after a display like the one against City; his mind is elsewhere. The injuries may have something to do with it, but now it's mentality. Blame does not matter anymore because we need to think about what is best for the team, and it is plain to see that he's not interested in putting an effort in.

Both were useful in Conference League at the least, watch us fail to win it now without good depth.

All this talk about sending out all these players while there isn’t any talk about how we replace them. Veiga was our only viable LB cover since Maresca doesn’t fancy Chilwell. Felix and Nkunku have been perfect rotation options in the other competitions.

We all need to accept the fact that we aren't buying a proven CF. It's Duran/Delap or bust.

All I know is, NJ can't keep leading the line for us.

Tbh, I think I’d rather have Delap for our team specifically. Works and runs his fucking socks off and is a nightmare for opposing defenses as we witnessed firsthand. Duran seems more like a “moments” striker, right? Someone who can score absolute bangers out of nowhere but is he a #9 who is going to be a constant menace to defenders? Someone would have to tell me.

Apparently, Roman is not happy with the way the club is being ran by these clowns in charge.

Mikel has spoken with him or people close to him and he is really angry with the way his ‘baby’ was taken from him.

😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢

who cares what he thinks really

I feel you are doing Duran a bit of a disservice. He isn't an all-action striker that might be nipping at defenders feet all game, but he has a more rounded game compared to Delap and actually offers a presence, which is something I truly believe we miss dearly. There's no consequence that the last two CFs that led us to a league title were just that.

However, in a perfect world, having both with NJ permanently moved outward would cover our CF's concerns in the long run.
