Read that selling Garnacho will help them balance the books, but unsure how Nkunku would affect that.

Everton consider sending injured loan star Armando Broja back to Chelsea - in exchange for a midfielder. If he goes back, it raises the prospect of Dewsbury-Hall or Chukwuemeka going to Goodison.

Amazing.. Boehly transformed Chelsea an all you can eat restaurant for lowlife players like Everton.. They can come and go, pick and drop our goods.

Broja should have been sold ages ago.. This board got rid of used to important players and fan favourtites ruthless like a motherfucker, but recently they can't seem to succeed offloading who they want.

Hard to get rid of dead wood when they are on high wages for their age and experience. Some here may be finally learning that predicting outcomes with the youth is a lot harder in football than in other sports. Injuries alone can really fuck up their development.

It would be very cash positive for them from a financial fair play perspective, as they would instantly book a huge profit on Garnacho but take on (for this year) only the transfer fee divided by the years of Nkunku's contract, so maybe that might be like £60m in £10m out for the year for a £50m paper profit while being totally cash neutral in real terms (aside from Nkunku costing way more in wages surely).

It would be a strange deal for both clubs though - I mean I guess from our side we get his wages off the books as another highly paid player not delivering vs expectations of his salary. I would rather get Chilwell out of the bomb squad to Man Utd tbh, at least Nkunku has some value to us on the field.

He isn't awful, but at best he only becomes an effective player, if the team is built around him. Garnacho, whilst raw, does have something about him where you can see him kicking on a couple of levels quite quickly. 

As a swap, and even a swap with a bit of funds on top, say £60m for Garnacho and £70m for Nkunku, is a good deal for us. This goes double as Nkunku is one of the top 5 earners on the books still.
