Fernando 6,585
Expected from Madueke that is why I want him gone. Despite his good game here and there I prefer we cash out on him. Veiga surprised but I wonder if it's influenced by Noni. mkh
Vytis33 1,270
Noni has always struck me as a player who’d rather score a hat-trick in a loss than win a match. Good team player when things are going well for him but a negative drag when they’re not mkh and Fernando
TheHulk 2,443
Not surprised, I've always maintained Sterling and Noni are the biggest poisons in the squad. Need to get rid of both of them before they do more harm to the rest, no idea about Veiga sounded mature in his interviews. We will probably get rid of him in the summer as well considering Maresca barely trusts him.
mkh 581
‼️Renato Veiga already had problems with discipline at FC Basel and was left out a few times because of it!!!⭕️ Fernando

mkh 581
Understand Harvey Vale is attracting interest from Anderlecht, Heerenven and Sunderland. Alfie Gilchrist also has suitors for January but the expectation is he remains at Sheffield United on loan until summer. Sancho is yet to be seen. For example last 3 games he played 90mins didn't do much and should have been subbed way earlier. Nah, hard pass on Rashford. He thinks he is a superstar and can do what he wants. Last season he went on a massive bender the night before a training and this season he flew to the States and rocked up at a NBA game flanked by two security guards despite people not knowing who he is there/much more high profile people going with none/less. On top of that he had one good season in the last 4 and is paid £350k a week. Absolutely not. Although fortunately, I think the club would also recognise the issues with him. mkh and robsblubot
Vesper 30,169
On 27/12/2024 at 13:12, Special Juan said: Newcastle need money, we need to be looking at Isak https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-14232815/Newcastles-Alexander-Isak-Arsenal-Real-Madrid-PSG.html Newcastle's mammoth price tag for Alexander Isak has been revealed The Swedish striker has been earmarked with a move to some European giants Newcastle have set a staggering price tag on in-form Alexander Isak, in excess of £150million, according to a report. The Magpies purchased the 25-year-old in 2022 from Real Sociedad for £63m - the club's most expensive arrival to this day. Only three players have outscored Isak in the Premier League this season, who has netted 11 times in 16 games - Mohamed Salah (16), Erling Haaland (13) and Cole Palmer (12). His impressive form has caught the eyes of some Premier League rivals and other European giants, including Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, PSG, Real Madrid and Barcelona. Despite the plethora of potential suitors, Newcastle have insisted that they are 'relaxed' about the situation, while Isak himself has expressed he is content on Tyneside, according to The Telegraph. Upon Enzo Maresca's appointment in the summer, Chelsea enquired about the Swede's availability, which was met by the aforementioned £150m valuation. mkh

Pizy 18,902
Seeing rumors from Chelsea accounts on Twitter about Kolo Muani now… I remember him looking super promising and someone I was keen on before he went to PSG. But from everything I’ve heard he has been a massive flop there. Really hope we don’t make the mistake of brining in another striker who isn’t good enough. I much prefer the idea of Liam Delap. Haven't really followed him at PSG but he doesn't really seem like the type we need. Would hope that is just the typical scenario of an agent throwing our name out there to get attention on a player... The club were looking at pretty traditional number 9s in summer (Samu, Duran, Osimhen, before that Sesko). I have always been against us spending big on Osimhen (mainly against long contract on huge wages for someone that might flop in PL). Duran for a probably big fee from Villa is more interesting to me TBH (even after he just stamped on someone) but probably not a popular opinion!
