Idk, there’s just something about England’s poster boy leaving the best league in the world to go to a club that’s won 12 titles in a row that feels kind of strange. I’d have thought the “face of English football” would be adamant about staying in the PL and winning titles here

Only City guarantees titles and they did try to get him a couple of years ago but that ship has sailed. Why would he come here with no CL and so much uncertainty. He's been criticized for staying in Spurs too long and not winning anything so teams like Bayern and PSG make most sense for him.

Maybe its his love for Spurs that prevents him for playing for another English team.

Pretty sure Kane would swap that face of England pedigree and even the PL goals record for his first ever title. Time is running out for him and he probably does not want to enter history as a the tragic figure of a great goalscorer with 0 trophies

I feel like breaking Shearer's record is a major motivation for him. If Bayern, United, and ourselves bid for him, I'm sure he'd reject the former in a heartbeat.

There's going to be a time when Levy doesn't get his way. The question is: when?

The only reason people even remember Shearer has the record is because he has a platform to remind us all the time.

As much as one trophy is 100x better than that 'honour'.

A title with Bayern is worth less than an FA Cup these days. They were shit for much of last season and STILL won the title in the end. It’s not even special anymore.

Being the all-time leading scorer for both the national team and the PL makes you an immortal legend. I’d have thought that would be more enticing to Kane than hopping to Bayern for their millionth league title.

I figured for sure that the England golden boy would want to play for the English media’s most beloved club Man United once he left Spuds. He’d have the genuine chance to win those trophies he desires, he stays in the PL and gets the record playing for “the biggest club in England,” and he gets no real hate from Spud supporters because he at least didn’t join a London rival like Chelsea.

He looks pretty decent in these highlights

Does he play CAM? Makes no sense when Angelo is impressing, and even if he does go on loan a spot for him the following season should be considered.

I find Olise very overrated.

If I want anyone from Crystal Palace it would be Eze. Much more exciting player

ST - Jackson, Broja, Nkunku

RW - Madueke, Angelo

LW - Mudryk, Sterling

CAM - Nkunku, Gallagher, Mudryk

Why not just get Kudus who can cover all roles aside from LW if anything were to happen in terms of injuries?

Have to disagree, been the all time top PL goal scorer for me personally, would be better than FA or league cup might even go as far as saying the PL title as well.

The only trophy I would prefer than that honour is champions league winners medal.

I would sell Gallagher and pick up Cherki in his place

Angelo goes on loan to Chelstras, Olise comes in his place. Angelo can come in next year and take Raheems spot when he moves to Saudi 😛

Even Kudus can be bought and loaned to Chelstras, Eredivisie to ligue 1 and then to PL shall be a good roadmap i feel

is there a footballer now who did not wear Chelsea gear?

Olise spent seven years at the Chelsea academy so it makes sense for him to be pictured with the gear on, no?

Honestly have a feeling this Lukaku / Inter beef is fake and they’re just playing us to try to win the negotiation. They’ll come back on deadline day with a ‘forgiveness’ offer of €35m.

Nah it's not fake. Why would they go through all that trouble just to save a few million? All this circus has already caused almost all Inter fans to turn on Lukaku and they don't want him back.

The simplest explanation is probably the correct one: Lukaku is a toxic human who has no loyalty and zero self-awareness.
