All they’re saying is that the medical will be completed in Portugal IF we can reach an agreement. Which is just common sense with so little time left in the window. There are numerous reports of clubs and owners delighted to deal with Boehly/Clearlake along with the fact that they're no strangers to large fees; MLB, NBA or Chelsea.
