Chelsea didn't keep that offer and wanted to pay less than the first offer they made and, as I also read, rui costa was still hurt by Chelsea, for not keeping the first offer. Super lol if true. So the deal progresses, but... I'm beginning to have doubts because Chelsea are trying their best to divert Mudryk from Arsenal and willing to reach 80M + extras.
