Tbf the difference in fees spend on their lineup compared to ours  is over 200m. They spend that money a lot smarter tho and also in positions that are more crucial to the modern game. We have 2 of our most important players missing. But other than them we can’t properly replace them that’s the scandal

Sarr is not even PL standard, never mind Chelsea starter standard. Looks like a terrified under 18 youth player out here. Panics when defending, late on every challenge, and petrified to play a forward pass because he knows he’ll misplace it.

Azpi (at best he is a part time RCB now, he is shit at RWB)

Sarr (so not capable of playing against a Citeh level squad as he is shite on the ball, like Zouma level, or probably worse

Keeping Alonso on at LWB is a disaster waiting to happen. Take him off while we have the chance. Because he can't afford to make any risky tackles and they are just going to keep targeting that side. Don't avoid going a man down. Just take him off.

At least he is still young and can improve. He is also very fast 

Alonso is 31 and looks even worse in every aspect

Lukaku had a few really poor touches, true, but I don’t see why anyone here is having a go at him here. He’s making the runs and as the commentator Lee Dixon on the American broadcast has said repeatedly the ball doesn’t come accurately. He’s in acres of grass but our players aren’t composed enough to find him.

Any striker would be invisible the way we played there.
