Even in the Everton game when we played at our best we needed a deflection and a own to score. Even Lampard had a good run of results but the results were often often better than the performances. I suspect CP and his agent are learning. Hopefully the club won’t warehouse him, and will want to extract some value from him. He is young and deserves a manager who will give him a fair shot.
