I don´t get why Kovacic gets benched. He is the only player in our midfield that can dribble and make things happen. No one can tell me that the likes of Jorginho or Mount played better than him in the last few weeks..
I am not a Lampard fan, but still hope Chelsea wins comfortably..

I don't get it either brother. Even in the last match against Arsenal, he was clearly one of the better players, but it seems to me that some players are just untouchable.

If Lampard continues like that, he will get sacked for sure and he deserves it, like Mou deserved to get the sack when he always picked an out of form Iva. I miss Conte, who at least did not have his favourites.

Good enough to beat Villa. Strong bench that can make impact.

Good enough to beat Aston Villa ? What a pretention ! When the first ream, presumed the strongest, even can't beat the Wolves or Everton, gets humiliated by Arsenal and struggles to beat Leeds which is in a fall down, how can we be so confident ? We must stay humble !

No matter what happens Lamps is not going to be sacked this season, get used to it

Dont be so sure about that mate, RA can seemingly tolerate much now, but that war axe will chop FL in half if things dont improve massively

Lampard is absolutely clueless, he should get the sack after this game so that we can save our season regardless of the result.

How is Jorginho starting after his shit display against Arsenal? Mindboggling decisionmaking by Lamps yet again. There's no hope for this guy.

Don't get me started on Christensen, who's known notoriously for bottling games like this. Meanwhile we have a much more talented defender in Tomori rotting on the bench for whatever reason. He was giving CHO the same treatment until he had to rely on him and start him for this game. I'm fuming smh.

If Giroud doesnt manage to do the business, would like to see Werner come on down the middle in his natural position

So would most of us but we still havent seen much of that, just give him a good run at ST position
