The problem is that we have three midfield players that have similar characteristics.
Kante is world class at defending and destroying counter attacks of the opponent. Mount is good at pressing and set pieces. Kovacic is an amazing dribbler, great at pressing and very dynamic, so he can start counter attacks. But what all of our midfield players lack is creativity. That is why Ziyech is so crucial.

Let’s put our affection for Lampard aside, let’s be honest with ourselves if Klop, mourinho, even the likes of Espírito Santo and Rodgers had these types of players we would have been better, that’s the reality. He was a legend at the club but managerially is out of his depth. Im beyond frustrated and dejected every time we have a chance to get back on track we crumble.
