This has turned onto the Mana thread:middlefinger:

So to offer input Mourinho has just lost again, that's 2 in a row a 2-1 and a 2-0 [sound familiar] playing the most deplorable football in the EPL.

So what should happen? the Spuds equivalent to Mana have Mou out losing 2 in a row as unacceptable, or does that only apply to Lamps.

Apart from last season when Ole turned it around and saved his job, a team that is mid table or worse by Christmas doesn’t finish in the top 4.

This season started late. Not sure your comment applies

I am surprised so many people think FL’s job is on the line over the next couple of matches. I would find that surprising if true.

If we don't get back to winning ways fast and win the next few matches, then I think his job will be on the line. Lampard may say he needs time, which is true, but at the same time, we can't be spending all the money in the summer and then be languishing in mid-table, be behind even the likes of Everton, Leicester, Southampton, Aston Villa!

Yep, and the idea that Lampard should be given time like Klopp or Pep is nothing but blind faith. Good managers must be given time but if you see a manager with questionable tactical calls, lack of in-game management then there is no need to go on longer with him. This is his second season and by the end of this if Chelsea is still playing basketball matches, I would be clamouring for a change.

His time here will be viewed positively because of the situation he walked into. But if he cannot take this squad to the elite European level then we search for a manager who can.

If he doesn't win against Westham then it'll start to look that way imo
