Penalty shoot-out 'goals' don't even count as goals, they're a mere discriminator to decide a match in the cruellest possible fashion! They don't count for anything at all.

Without doubt one of the best midfielders the EPL has and will ever see. Also one of the best midfielders in any league, of this generation.
