Jase 43,478 Posted January 14, 2019 Share Posted January 14, 2019 Fabregas decided to leave because he wasn't getting enough playing time. Was it the board's fault in this case? No. It was Sarri who decided to rarely rotate Jorginho and pretty much freeze out Fabregas from the team. So, the lack of backup option for Jorginho now is his fault.
