I don't think so at all. 25 yards out, bit of dip and spin when it got closer to him? Dont think he can be blamed at all. How Rodriguez was virtually given god knows how much space to shoot though... needs looked at. Johnnyeye and 1905didierblue

I think the flight of the ball at first looked as if it would be going straight and then it did dip a bit before it went in, maybe played a part. Not sure though maybe someone with more knowledge on GKs might have another opinion. I think its very harsh to say that he should have saved it. Second one as well he had no chance.

I would rather talk about that as I thought it was an immense save to make, already dove left but was able to react with his hand to the ball's changed direction. Regarding Jay's goal, it would have had to be another super save, can't get too greedy. 1chelsea and Johnnyeye

Not jumping on him or anything like that.

I thought this initially but on the replays the ball seemed to dip massively towards the end. Think it just needs chalking up as one of those hit and hope efforts that come off almost perfectly and fly in once every 100 attempts. Not jumping on him or anything like that. Goalies often get caught grounded for looping shots when they are unable to read the trajectory properly and then look bad it goes in right between their outstretched hand and the crossbar. The only two solutions to this are height and experience. Jase
communicate 2,703
I am not good at judging goalie but tbh I am still not convinced with Kepa, distribution wise he is teriffic. But other aspect I don't know. I always worry when we concede any shot, not so much when courtois was our gk.
Jase 43,479
Arguably his most important save apart from those in penalty shootouts... OneMoSalah, kellzfresh, xPetrCechx and 1 other
OneMoSalah 8,886
Great sign of a goalkeepers concentration is that for the few chances he had to save, he did and the last save was brilliant. Ben fucking Foster has almost scored a few headers over the years hasnt he? Maybe hes playing wrong position. Johnnyeye
Johnnyeye 7,510
Huge match winning save at the end to deny those cunts an equalizer, and Foster of all people was the one that almost gave Watford an undeserved point. Thank you Kepa

Magic Lamps 11,692
Still not sure if he is good enough. His positioning on 2 of the goals conceded today was questionable to say the least. Onana on the other hand made like 10 saves. I checked and Onana only has contract till 2022 so a cheeky bid next summer might land him.... It's kinda maddening how he's not more commanding in the box. Vesper, Bosnian Blue and Johnnyeye
Vybz Kartel 1,613
Love Kepa but its getting harder and harder to defend him. We are just conceding too many goals which leave you wondering could he have done better? I have a feeling its more to do with Lampard's goal keeping coach since he has regressed massively this season. Im hoping we can have at least 10 games with him out of the spotlight. Vesper
