Milan 17,964
I wish him the best, he deserves a better end of his career (and I hope he will achieve that)

chrismada9 1,948
A poor player or not, I'm sad to see a player like Shevchenko leaving us Good luck at Milan Sheva, I wish you all the best
pablo814 1
Sheva plays well in the Italian league. He will be missed here, but I'm not super sad to see him go. Between the strikers we have and the way we play he just doesn't have the pace we need...
Gianfranco_Z 202
So now we have, Anelka, Didier and Di Santo... is that enough? unless we kind of use Robinho(if purchased) as a second striker kind of player? Sad, Sheva you were the guy who was supposed to set the premiership alight, i'm sad it didnt work out, you frustated the shit out of me sometimes, but I could never question your hard work and comitment, I hope it works out for you back at Milan! BlueLion. 21,491
I'm not gutted that he is leaving so much, but I am upset it didn't work out for him. The man is a brilliant footballer but he has had no luck at Chelsea. All the best to the big man, he remains one of my favourite footballers of all time. Kez 2,727
Sad to see him go but it's nice to say he played for Chelsea and worked his arse off for us. he's a legend at Milan so i hope he continues that when he returns
Steve 10,227
im sad to see him go but it was the right decision for Chelsea and himself to make at the end of the day, he worked so hard for us even though it never really got any rewards. I wish him all the best at milan and i hope he continues the way he left them a few seasons ago
West Stand Lower 1
never worth the £30m. if we had bought him when roman joined us 5 years back things would be different. the EPL is too quick for him. Best of luck back at Milan. Hope he sticks a few past Jose's Inter while his there!!
True_Blue 469
Good Luck Sheva thank you for you're efforts and what you gave to Chelsea.I hope he starts off well at Milan again he is a true professional.
misschief 24
I'm happy to see Shevchenko go back where they'll play to his strengths and allow him to enjoy his football again - Chelsea chose not to do that and thats their loss. Great player, good luck to him.
SuperSheva7 0
Goodbye to Sheva. I'm sad to see him go but I know he'll be able to more for Milan than he did for Chelsea. He'll do well there, but good luck Sheva. I'll be sure to catch a couple of his games from now on.

Badboy 1,526
Why are people sad to see a player who was forced upon mourinho, who was a really bad player for us and he cost 30 mill.
terry26 6
when he played, he tried and i admire that. he's had a bad run with injuries and form my feeling is that it wasn't his fault or choice to be sold and bought by another club however he coulda came here with a dont care attitude, sat back and not play - but he didn't
