Once again as in previous years Chelsea were represented at the Milk Cup in Ireland, again this year sending over an U16's team and one with the more expereinced of the U16's team left at home with the U18's, the squad that was taken was:

Jamal Blackman

George Bowerman

Greg Butler

Nathaniel Chalobah

Sadik Kamara

Aziz Deen-Conteh

Andrew Hall

Todd Kane

Unpha Koroma

Alex Lozowski

Kene Ogbuagu

Anton Rodgers

George Saville

Danny Stenning

The first game saw the young blues take on Brondby IF and they came out 1 - 0 winners with the goal comming from George Bowerman. Next up was County Armagh and this ended in a 1 - 1 draw with a late equaliser from Anton Rodgers (son of Reserve team coach Brendan). Next saw the young lads lose to Crumlin United 5 - 3 to end any chance of winning. Next up was game against Aspire which they lost 2 - 1. Finally today they will play Swindon to decide who finished bottom of the league.

It is a dissapointing end for the young Blues but this is a very young and innexperienced team that in time will grow stronger and i am sure we will be seeing most of these names again at some point..
