Matic is a different type of player and the others tend to rely less on his attacking capacity than on Cesc's. When Matic is on, he doesn't get the ball as much as Cesc does when he starts. In my opinion, Cesc's qualities recommend him better for when we're chasing our opponents. I am not saying that he's guilty for this, but I just think that we play better when Matic starts, because Hazard, Willian / Pedro, Moses or Diego have the ball for themselves more. Crouch is playing upfront and there's hardly much pace in that Stoke XI.
