This is the nadir but it has been coming. Since January the quality of the football has been getting worse with every passing game.

Attacking play was getting worse and worse, sure, but at least they were capable of defending. Chelsea lost four games last season, best defensive record in the league. There was actually a midfield last season.

Wasn't there an article some time ago where Rafa Benitez said that he always had to clean up the mess Mourihno made ( Inter, Chelsea, Real). I know " the fat Spanish waiter" isn't really popular here but maybe there's some truth to it. Mourinho can win you the league short term but is self-destructive (for him AND the team) on the long term.

Like, he could work around this situation, he is totally capable and I would definitely support him. But he is just making things way too hard. He is acting exactly the opposite as I would predict him to!
