BlueLyon 9,359
So his whole interview was about1.) refs are the problem because they dont give us penalties and thats main reason why we lose2.) he loves chelsea and goes into that quite personaly3.) he says he is taking responsibility, but he demands that from players too, as if they need to suddenly perform better, aka Im giving you chance, play time, else is up to you, just play well...Well the 1.), to start with, penalties are last thing to concern. We dont lose because we dont get penalties. Players are not down because we dont get those decisions. We lose and we lack mentality because of wrong training and tactics.2.) its great he is chelsea fan, but he needs to sort his feelings. Right now crying and saying we are sad and blah blah wont solve anything.3.) He demands players to step up. He plays Iva week in week out because he wants him to finaly step up and perform. But Iva doesnt again and again, however Mou says its Iva's fault because he plays shit. In fact its as much Mou fault because he plays bad player all the time.Idealy Mou will sort this shit out and we will come back stronger than ever (at best next season, this one is practicaly lost unless we somehow go crazy good in CL) or things will drag for soo long that players will leave, team will fall apart, results will remain bad and Mou will be fired. Falcao was an experiment and Pedro too little too late.Like everyone else I did not expect a sudden collapse but that's what we are witnessing now.We just have to go back to the drawing board. That probably means a team with even lesser capabilities than the one we have now, but will be a team with a future.Mou could indeed be the man in charge of the new operations. There is no real reason why not, but he has to come to terms with his new task, like the rest of us.

dUMB 189
Well, we don't have our own Claude but this is a Claude-esque rant. Entertaining stuff. Wonder what would happen if someone play this video in front of the whole team.

cosmicway 1,333
It's not only the 1-3 result.I mean this could happen.Last year for ex. 3-5 to Spurs, but we did play football and it was their lucky day, they were finding the gaps and kept scoring. The performance was d-i-s-m-a-l.Was it Chelsea or some semi amateur team from Eastern Europe ?Some players are slower than the barges in the Thames. That's the problem.(*) Untited saw it fit to emulate Chelsea yesterday against the gooners - timid - lost from the dressing room
CHOULO19 24,332
Yes, all the criticism in this thread is valid, BUT Gary Cahill played a pass with his arse, so it's all good!
cosmicway 1,333
Chelsea's hallmark was always speed and skills.Pool of the 70s-80s kicked the ball high in the air, but finding the net. So it was a case of morris dancers but good morris dancers. Other British teams have their own characteristic flavours. This team is slow, since last year, including the early spell with the 9 consecutive wins.Sooner or later that was bound to create problems. Special Juan 28,141
A close family friend I know is one the top young refs in the country and has done quite a few 1st round FA Cup ties in the local area. He's very good friends with Robert Madley who officiated our game v Southampton on Saturday. This morning this family friend rang me, and whilst chatting he said he spoke to the ref from Saturday and after the game in the tunnel Falcao said to him "I thought I had you there"For the record I thought the ref was correct.
