Still Iva is the regular starter and Baba has done nothing to displace him yet. It's not about IVa, it's about Baba.

He has however had a couple of chances against weaker teams and hasn't convinced. Ideally you'd wait for him to settle in a bit more and hopefully do better against weaker teams before he is given a chance against a decent team.

Maybe. But that's for Roman and the board to act upon. But concerning team selection TONIGHT I think his choices are justified.

has not convinced? what matches were you watching. he had a couple of poor moments but he was quite good. in attack he was brilliant. with no hazard he would get more cover and would be more protected. i am sorry, but its not about baba, it is about iva or rather jose's stubborness or rather idioticnes.

So we're not able to drop Ivanovic because we don't have a suitable replacement. Funny because the player replacing Hazard isn't fit to lace his boots.

Willian? Willian has been consistently better than or at least on par with Hazard since April. You're also comparing an experienced highly rated player with a LB from the German league with no experience in Europe.

He dropped half of last season's starting XI, how about we see how it works out before you re-board the Mourinho out train.

and yet the biggest culprits stay in the team.

why dont u stop being a jose fan boy and look at things objectively.

Play 4-3-3 or at least change formation. Stupid 4-2-3-1 has never worked for anyone and certanily wont work for us

worked for Ancelotti's AC Milan, but not for Chelsea. after all those millions spent, there was never a great front 4 for that 4231 at Chelsea.

Last year it was Luís who couldn't defend, this year Baba isn't ready.... All I know is that after spending nearly 40M euros (!!!) on left-backs who apparently aren't good enough, our right side keeps getting penetrated harder than a pornstar.
