It seems strange that we employ experienced business people or ex-pros to carry out roles at Chelsea.  Reading this forum it seems half of the people here could get a deal done far quicker and much more successfully.

As for people moaning about Chelsea being the only team to 'do things wrong' or 'drag their heels' - That's only because you only follow Chelsea.  Every team has fans that moan about the way they do things.  The big difference at Chelsea is that we actually win things.  A lot.

Calm down and wait for it to happen.

I have very good friends who are United and Arsenal fans that would give their right arm for Chelsea's board and setup compared to their own.

no shit sherlock.  CarefreeYouth is a know fuck all.   Don't buy into this BS that he is ITK, i have called him out on his lies before and he just blocks you.  Cech coming back he claimed after the media, Cech's announcement he got right but so did everyone else once the pics of him having his photos done were leaked.

Where is the cancelled stadium tours to announce Frank last week? Telling people the Derby chairman was lying about no contact way back when Sarri left, and he was the one who knew the real truth.  Nonsense.

The tweet he put out about Frank's announcement being delayed due to FFP because that was the inside info he had been "told"?  Bollocks, utter utter bollocks.  He read it on social media. Don't you find it weird how until that particular theory was being talked about, he was absolutely 100% insisting Frank would be announced last week. Soon as the FFP stuff spread round twitter... surprise surprise   "he suddenly got told info"

You must admit we have become very tedious and slow getting our targets/ managers etc. I dont care how fucked up utd and arsenal are, I care about Chels only. And theres no denying we fuck about compared to the real well run Clubs. Could I/ you do a better job? Fuck no, but then again we dont run an elite Club, we dont get their wages. We could do thing faster and more efficient but time after time we fuck about.

Nobody outside the Club truly knows anything. We keep a tight lid on everything.....we do have a russian as owner afterall, ITK's regarding Chels are 90% BS.

I have never really been that critical of deals taking a while because i use to on and off help (succesfully) run my local club so i know to an extent what will be going on and why it's taking time (even at local level negotiating can take weeks and lots of overtime to pull off, that's almost always the case when you're trying to sign someone who their current club doesn't want to see leave, as is the case with Derby/Frank).

The parts i am critical on is the lack of structure in the first team picture (look down you'll see a thread of mine from few months back) and at times the recruitment both of which we seem to be making steps at fixing but time will tell.

All of this sounds too good to be true

I didn't realise it was AvB WHO SPLIT IT UP!

What a fucking wanker he was.

This can only help 'Bridge' the gap.

Sarri not even watching 1 game - says it all.

We HAVE to give Frank 3 seasons... Just have too, regardless of results.

Claude Makelele: This is who should be Chelsea FC’s new manager

Claude Makelele says Frank Lampard would be a great appointment for Chelsea FC this season

https://www.thesportreview.com/2019/07/chelsea-fc-news-claude-makelele-lampard/

Claude Makelele has given a ringing endorsement of Frank Lampard for the Chelsea FC manager’s job by declaring him as “ready” to take over at Stamford Bridge.

The Blues were left looking for a new manager after Maurizio Sarri opted to leave Stamford Bridge last month to return to his homeland and take over at Juventus.

Lampard has since been touted as one of the leading candidates to take over at the west London club despite his inexperience in the dugout.

The 41-year-old has only one season of managerial experience under his belt after having worked with Derby County last season.

However, former Chelsea FC midfielder Makelele seems to think that Lampard would be a great appointment for the Blues.

Sure its a process and can be a pain but compared to how big Clubs get things over the line we are sorely lacking. And as you said our recruiments need fixing.....or our squad will keep on decreasing in quality.

Yeah I get you Layla....its a big downer watching us hassle and dangle all season over 4-5 mil....on an average player no less. Our recruiment policy have gone way down, that much is evident looking at our squad.
