stroey 2,525
If he's available, yes. But don't think he wants to be a squad player again. Would start for many midtable and small teams.

BlueLyon 9,359
This guy would be much more valuable than Cuadrado if we plan to have someone who will play bench all the time and will have to perfrom when given chance.Practicaly useless in Europe IMO, but he could help rest our attackers well enough. But I doubt this will happen anyhow. Viper22 2,418
Would love to see him sign for us.Most English players are overhyped and expensive, Milner is underrated and would be available on a free.Would be a great signing and would allow us to shift more money into buying a world class CB and a world class CM. Pizy 18,992
Decent signing but nothing more.Yep. Good enough for Liverpool as a starter and City as a squad player. Not the kind of signing that elevates Liverpool in any way.
DYC. 7,542
Good player for Liverpool. If they manage to keep Sterling and buy Benteke and a solid RB, they have a team that can grow and challenge for a top 4 spot after one or two seasons. MignoletNew RB/Flanagan Skrtel/Lovren Sakho MorenoCan HendersonMilner Coutinho SterlingBenteke/SturridgeThat's a decent team but top 4 is unrealistic unless they somehow make some excellent signings. 13/14 did more damage than good because the expectations are too high now. Everything has been agreed. Now down to just the medical.Delighted about this. Delighted that he's leaving City and delighted too that he's not going to Arsenal. I'm a big fan of Milner's but I don't believe he'll do too much damage at Liverpool.
Pizy 18,992
Still abysmal at the back, shit keeper, bang average midfield with Henderson and Can, and Sturridge is a constant crock. No chance they get top 4 next season. They'll do well to move up a place no nick Spuds to 5th.
