Popular Post! BlueLion. 21,491 Posted February 2, 2015 Popular Post! Share Posted February 2, 2015 Juan Cuadrado has completed his transfer to Chelsea from Fiorentina.Arriving for a reported £23.3 million, the Colombian international's arrival has only now been officially announced after a slight hitch in his paperwork was ironed out this morning. To appease Fiorentina it's been agreed that Mohamed Salah will move in the other direction on loan. Salah only joined Chelsea in January 2014 - but after failing to impress Jose Mourinho, the Egyptian will be sent to reinvent himself in Serie A.Fiorentina manager Vincenzo Montella, on whether his side have been weakened by the deal, said: "We’ve lost a top player but I see similar characteristics in Salah. I don’t think it’s a step backwards".Cuadrado, viewed by Chelsea as a replacement for forward Andre Schurrle who's closing on a move to Wolfsburg, joined Fiorentina in 2012 from Udinese and has been a regular in Montella's side since. The Colombian has scored four goals and set up four more in 17 league appearances for the Serie A side this season.Click here to view the article Sidzeret, sutro, 11Drogba and 4 others

Popular Post! Badboy 1,526 Posted February 2, 2015 Popular Post! Share Posted February 2, 2015 I think our counter attack is going to be really good from now. I think you can expect to see the type of break away attacks we had at the Etihad last season when we had Willian through the middle. Mourinho has dropped Oscar in big games before when he wanted to play quick transitional football from defence to attack and this player is ideal for that type of game and its going to be vital in away games. Willian in a central position will annoy the hell out of opposing central midfield players because of his work rate and that will pressure them to make quick half hearted decisions then when we win the ball back we need to spring forward quickly. I can't wait to see this tactic against Paris away and Arsenal away i think it'll really work !!!! Sidzeret 2,257
Good signing.Still would have preferred promoting Boga.Salah moving out cleared up ample room to promote Boga or any other attacking mid from the youth team. Would be pleased if that happens. MichaelDance and The Skipper

If your tactics are going to be press and counter it would be helpful to have very mobile players leading the charge. Badboy

cosmicway 1,333
How is he ? any videos or games that would showcase how good/what kind of player he is ?A video with some of Cuadrado's best efforts: He is obviously very skilled and I like him because he plays with his head high.He is weak in the air it says which is usual for wingers.
