In the Premier League website it says Kompany really has 5 yellows but he probably missed a game already cause otherwise it would've been all over the news.

he picked his 5th last game against Midd but after the new year the players have to pick 10 cards to be suspended.

Deadline for 5 yellows was December 31st and Kompany probably received his fifth some time in January.

If it was still 5 we'd not have Oscar either.

Breaking News:

John Terry has been charged by The FA for violent conduct following an on-field incident which was not seen by the match officials but caught on video.
The charge is in relation to an incident involving the Chelsea defender and Chelsea's Cesc Fabregas which occurred in the 49th minute of the League Cup semi-final second leg at Stamford Bridge [Tuesday 27 January 2015].

Hahaha Chelsea don't give a fuck. This is from the official Chelsea website's match preview:

It is quite instructive to see how selectively the media hue-and-cry builds up around incidents such as those during our thrilling semi-final victory over Liverpool. That is especially the case when the current furore is compared to the low-key handling, last February, of Toure kicking out at Norwich’s Ricky van Wolfswinkel, unseen by officials, or Sergio Aguero’s two-footed studs-up jump onto David Luiz’s thigh in our FA Cup semi-final the season before.

Aguero was reprieved because referee Chris Foy ‘saw’ the lunge and awarded a free-kick – a principle changed following Wigan winger Callum McManaman’s studs-up challenge on Newcastle's Massadio Haidara.
In Toure’s case the anonymous three-man video review panel was reportedly split on the seriousness of that incident. Without unanimity the charge was dropped and the Ivorian played the next three matches – including the FA Cup against Chelsea.
No one would complain were the retrospective disciplinary panel to view all incidents equitably rather than in the current arbitrary and opaque fashion. Otherwise the risk is that the perceived seriousness of an offence appears influenced by the level and vehemence of its media coverage.
Refereeing is certain to be under scrutiny again this weekend, especially as there were several other controversial issues during our beating of Liverpool. Michael Oliver appeared to miss a penalty offence by Martin Skrtel on Diego Costa (as well as a retaliatory kick-out later by the Slovakian) and several off-the-ball strongarms by Lazar Markovic on Filipe Luis.
Lucas Leiva also somehow escaped a caution for his deliberate tripping of Eden Hazard, surging towards the box at the time, which would have been the Reds midfielder’s second yellow of the match. The fact it led to Willian’s excellent cross for Branislav Ivanovic’s towering header overshadowed Leiva’s continued presence on the field.
Least fathomably, the referee awarded a foul for deliberate handball by Jordan Henderson, but failed to show the expected yellow card, which would have been the Liverpool midfielder’s marching orders.
Retired man-in-black Graham Poll reportedly considered that decision ‘the most simple, straightforward second yellow card you will ever see. It was verging on impartial [sic)].’
Oliver was, of course, the official who denied Diego Costa a penalty and saw fit to book him for diving in his first ever match in England, despite clear contact by the Burnley defender inside the area.

HAHAHAHAAHAHAHAH SCENES
