Rodgers, Clarke, AVB and now Drummy - Can't say it's a bad thing we're producing managers for the future. Not to mention our former players that have made it in to management. Very happy for him and happy that we'll have links with more clubs going forward.

Paul Clement in a sense too. One of the most respected assistants around and has been linked with a number of managerial jobs, including Premier League.

Is this new? Wasn't there an announcement a while back that he had left the club to pursue a managerial career?

Yes, like the link posted in the first post. That one is a follow up of him getting a job in Brazil.
