While I agree with everything you have said, but my main point wasn't that Mourinho shouldn't be supported all the time, I was trying to say its wrong to counter someone's argument like that.

Yes he has earned the right for 100% backing from the supporters, but that doesn't make him immune to critics. Critics are pointing out mistakes and we shouldn't agree with anything Mourinho does blindly. Yes we do have to support him all the time but that does not necessarily mean that we shouldn't criticize him. Those two are completely different things and can be done at the same time.

To me its kind of a similar situation to Hazard, when people say he should improve his finishing ability it doesn't mean they're not supporting him, they're just criticizing. You can't go out there and say we shouldn't do that because Hazard is a better player than all of us.

As I said before when he proves you wrong yet again be prepared to eat your crow in peace. Many here criticize Jose and when he proves them wrong try to site the couple times when he was wrong as if its the rule rather than the few exceptions.

If you make it a habit to criticize this unbelievably incredible manager, than don't be upset when his true supporters lash out when you don't acknowledge you were wrong.

You don't seem to understand my point, or maybe its just me not being able to deliver the message. I never complained about Drogba starting, I was completely fine with it.

Read my two posts again, I was trying to point out that using 'the manager knows than you lot' is wrong and critics should be countered better than that.

Everybody has the right to criticize and the others have the right to agree or disagree, and if they disagree they shouldn't come up with counter arguments like that.

Always nice to thrash Spurs. Solid effort and nice goals by Hazard, Drogba and Remy. Just taking care of business tonight.

Looking like a two horse race for sure from here on out. Keep the throttle up lads!

Come on you Chelsea!! :blue scalf: :blue scalf:

That was too easy.. We soaked their pressure and knocked them the fuck out. Hope we apply the same tactics against newcastle. Costa should be Fresh and Mikel will do a Job on Matic behalf just like didi did today and Zouma also.

I dont know half the guys the spurs fielded today.

WHo is kane, fazio, bentalb, chilres, and mason?

Ericksen should of went to liverpool. Would of been their n10 and upgraded thier team.

If you're saying that we should agree to whatever the manager does solely because of the fact that he is the manager, then that is just wrong.

People judge everyday, all the time. If you don't accept that then you're living wrong.

If I cannot question someone who has a higher degree than me in a certain field, then what is the point of the word 'criticism'?

What you said is just like saying Obama is the president, so nobody knows more than him. The kings and presidents who lead their country to war back in 1914 all knew more than us so we shouldn't say anything to them.

Jose is not perfect. He makes mistakes too. I agree with everything you said and I think people who doubted Didier were very wrong, but saying that their point is invalid because they know less than the manager is just wrong.

there is a massive difference between critisizing and insulting. and that is what those people did. i dint quote people who wanted DD to not start, cos that would have been more than half the forum and me too.

http://forum.talkchelsea.net/topic/19373-chelsea-v-tottenham/?p=1018367

this is the team i wanted to start.

but i can also see why jose would start DD over a remy who has not played football in a month or more, would be lacking match fitness compared to DD who is the big man for big occasion.

the people i quoted said thing like "jose must be a MORON to start DD", or that "playing DD is letting teams off the hook" like he is some semi professional good-for-nothing player (or torres) or that DD is a "grandpa" and one of the posters was "happy that the grandpa is injured".

and if they have the balls to say such things to 2 massive legends of the club, then they should be ready to face the counter criticism too.

2.) Why the fuck you want liverpool to have stronger team?!

So... all those people who thought Drogs was coming back for his lap of honour and nothing more...

Y'all look a bit stupid :clown:

I was against him coming back due to the way he left but when Lampard left we needed him around the squad, another one like Terry.

I'm big enough to say I was wrong, he still has it, and further more I was gutted when he was in the starting line-up last night haha.

If this doesn't warrant an automatic ban I think I'm done with this board. That is HIGHLY offensive!

I agree that is absolutely awful and we should not tolerate that behaviour.

I understand 'Heat of the moment' - unless a full apology is made, he should be banned!

No disgrace in that view - I also shared some doubts, he looked a poor player at Gala :)

But put him at the Bridge and boom, the old Didier is back!

It's a shame about Lampard, but I love the effect Drogba has on the team, the guy is a born winner!

That's what we need on the pitch and in the dressing room, you can't buy that level of commitment and mental strength and all the younger players will benefit!

In the end a smart move by Jose, along with Remy, who looks a steal at the price we paid, bet the Scousers are kicking themselves ;)

Because you're not only giving yourself plaudits (which no one gives a flying fuck about), you're rubbing it in to fellow posters who have valid and justifiable opinions on team selections. It goes to show your insecurities when you have to come onto a forum after a 3 - 0 win and brag like the daft cunt that you are. And now you've embarrassed us both and derailed the whole forum with the 'I told you so' bullshit. Go play in your slums you monkey.

I think people were worried when it looked like it was going to be Costa, Drogba and Torres.

Attitudes changed a bit when Remy replaced Torres.
