It's that time of the year again where we will find out which player picks up which award at the club's annual event tonight..

It is the Chelsea Player of the Year awards tonight (Monday) at Stamford Bridge and Chelsea TV has exclusive coverage of the prestigious event.

Tune in at 10.30pm to see live who will take home this season's Player of the Year trophy and there will also be news on Goal of the Season, Young Player and Players' Player of the Year, plus who collects a special recognition award.

Updates on the awards will also be available via our @chelseafc Twitter account.

Special Recognition Award (if any?) - Petr Cech for achieving the most clean sheets for Chelsea, ever!
